Private room, shared bath with your own sink. Shared workout room. 6 bed 3 full bath house in Chardonnay Hills. Laundry and kitchen privileges. Besides myself and Mel quickly making our meals, the kitchen is mostly item since other roomies only use microwave😁. Utilities, WI Fi, and satellite included.

It is me (Jim) and my partner (Mel) we are 58 and 65. We have 2 dogs. There is a young professional living in one of the 6 rooms who you would share the bathroom with. He is 28 very clean and super nice. And in the downstairs room there is the 4th roomate who is 38 and a cook at a local resort. Cool guy works all the time. There is a Community pool and jacuzzi 1 block away. Smoke free environment. That leaves 2 more rooms. One is my office and the other is a workout room that is shared. But unfortunately not used much🤣.
