We have a room for rent for $575 for a single person a month plus electric bill split in our house. Live right outside Lake Worth, near Azle Ave. 5-6 miles from downtown. Grocery stores, and TCC college (Marine Creek) conveniently not far. $150 deposit and basic background check. Minimum stay 1 yr, maybe 6 months but we’re hoping to find a long term roommate. Looking for roommate/s that’s responsible, respectful, and communicates with others. Cats are ok. If you have a child that visits that’s perfectly fine. My son comes over on weekends and some weekdays. If your a couple then rent will be higher. As for how much higher we’ll discuss if you’re interested.

My 12 yr old son is home 4 days a wk during summer and just 2.5 days during school yr. We have 1 cat that is very friendly. I’m a big video game nerd and love to watch movies! My son is very sweet and loves to talk about and play video games, listen to music, and play card games. My other roomies are a couple and very cool and laid back. We are like a small family here, come join us!
