We have a medium size bedroom available in our home for $575 a month that is furnished except a dresser. The electrical bill will be split between the roomies so total average will be around $640-$680 a month with rent. This is a kid and cat friendly home. Very close to plenty of restaurants, Walmart, Best Buy, and clothing stores. We are looking for a long term roommate. This is a pretty quiet home most of the time since we all work a lot. My 12 yr old son is home 4 days a wk during summer and just 2.5 days during school yr. We have 1 cat that are is very friendly. I’m a big video game nerd and love to watch movies! My son is very sweet and loves to talk about and play video games, listen to music, and play card games. My other roomies are a couple and very cool and laid back.
