$250 Off First Month Rent for Signing Lease Before March 21

My roommate and I are looking for one additional roommate for our three bedroom/two bathroom town home. We are both young professionals in our late twenties.

This bedroom is located on the third floor and comes with an off-street parking space. It is available for move-in starting on May 1 - but we’re willing to prorate the rent if you need to move in later in May or even early June. The lease would be for 12 months. We are also willing to decrease the rent if you do not use the parking space.

My roommate has a very friendly large dog. She has been well behaved if very curious around other dogs including our departing roommate’s dog.

Quiet and easy going roommates would be the best fit. If you’re interested, message me and we can find a time to meet up and see if we’d be a good fit.

The landlord doesn’t charge an application fee but requires a refundable deposit.

This modern three-story townhouse is in the well-managed Capitol Park IV condominium community. Waterfront Metro (Green/Yellow), L’Enfant (Green/Yellow/Orange/Blue/Silver), and Federal Center SW (Orange/Blue/Silver) are all around 15 mins walk away. This is a quiet, friendly, and very green neighborhood.
