So my housemate can’t renew his part of the lease because he’s moving to Asia and I’m looking for a replacement ASAP to take the master bedroom. The whole place is 1528 sq ft and the ceilings are 20ft tall. We have a loft and huge windows which provides a ton of light. I’m a really respectful, considerate, and clean dude who is a music producer (don’t worry I use headphones) as well as a digital marketer. Looking for someone laid back, considerate with high EQ, who doesn’t party (too) hard, and who has a reliable income and is fully capable of paying rent.

I’m negotiating right now with the leasing office about rent because they are trying to raise it a bit, so the rent for you will be between $1900-$2100 a month for a 12 month lease. Honestly, with this location, huge room, and good company (me), this is a fantastic deal.

Parking spot included, private bathroom, pool, jacuzzi, washer and dryer in unit.
