I’m looking for one tenant @townhome in Lawndale/South Bay (near Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Inglewood, Gardena, and Hawthorne)
Bedroom 2: (move-in starting 7/1) $1,450 (sharing bathroom with a DPT grad student; m; very clean/respectful)
Drive: <20 min to Playa Vista - Google LA Office <30 min to Venice - Google LA Office 15-20 min to Playa Vista/ WeWork 15-20 min drive to Culver City <30 min to DTLA without traffic 10-15 min to Torrance ~10 min to Manhattan Beach
Other companies near by: Boeing, Space X, Northrop Grumman, Amazon Ring
Gated community with hot tub and swimming pool + lots of street parking and guest parking space.
There are two cats in the house so you must not be allergic. They are the sweetest, gentle cats 🙂
Since there are two cats already, we can’t have additional pets.
