I am offering 2 larger very quiet rooms with double closets and joined by a private bath for the price of a 1 room rental here in San Clemente. This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home in a safe very peaceful gated community here in San Clemente. Including you there would only ever be 3 women living here.

I am a retired elementary school teacher who is very creative flexible, understanding and fun to be around. I currently have 1 wonderful easy to get along with but very busy female roommate (HR specialist) that has lived here with me for a year in September that has rented my master bedroom. I am a book collector and have 3 dedicated libraries in my home. I love dogs and take the dogs in residence here for hikes , outings and playdates every day.
