Westside Avenue

My husband and I live in our beautiful Spanish style house, and have lived in the neighborhood for seven years. We have two mini Australian shepherds. We love dogs but can’t really add another which is why the “no pets.” I am an interior designer and my husband is a stand up comedian. Our home life is fairly quiet, although we do entertain friends on occasion. We would prefer a student, or working professional. Just want someone that quiet and friendly.

There is a ton of street parking. Beautiful private front and backyard. Room has French doors onto backyard.

We have never opened our home to someone we don’t know before, so please tell us about yourself as much as you can. :)
