(2) Private 11’ x 13’ bedrooms with closet, window blinds, queen mattress, nightstand and dresser. (2) Private bathrooms with sink vanity, toilet, shower / tub and plenty of towels lol. Second floor laundry room with top load washer and dryer. The front door lock has 4 digit code with auto lock, simplisafe security & camera system with panic feature for safety of all roommates. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, microwave, airfryer, popcorn maker, with all the essential cooking utensils, appliances, pots, pans, dishes, large pantry and 2 refrigerators, beverage cooler, and deep freezer. The house has 2 large sitting rooms with 60“ TVs & sectional sofas. Parking for your car in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

Myself (Christy), Ariel, Aaron and Tucker..2 women, 1 man and a Yorki-Poo share a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom home (each bedroom has its own bath). We are communal minded and considerate of one another. You can choose to hang out in either living room fighting over the remote and enjoying snacks with the group or be left alone in your room. We are all very light hearted, upbeat and fun to be around and hope you are too. The 4 of us have lived together for 2 years and have grown very comfortable with each other and don’t have or require much privacy from one another. We are not looking to bring in new roommates and live as strangers so it’s gotta work with the vibe that can enable us all to be friends! We are in search of someone who enjoys their time at home cooking good food while enjoying wine and/or 420!
