I have a bungalow type house, basement with bar, garage, above ground pool. There is only 1 bathroom so hopefully we match on schedules when need to use to get ready for work. You will have the upstairs bedroom. This is a furnished area. Futon bed, tv, tv stand, decorative lights and laundry area is also in the basement. During the warmer months we enjoy bbqing in the backyard, swimming and playing some music. Colder months not a fan of. Lol. $800 is rent which we can break up weekly. As far as cleaning stuff and toiletry stuff we will all throw in on that a month.

I’m have been an airbrush technician for 13 years now, I like my place neat and clean, and i just ask to please keep everything clean. I normally relax in the family room since i do not want a tv in my room, my son normally chills in his room, is at his girlfriends or is at work but he will be moving out soon to start his adventure in life. I also have my buddy Tim that has the basement area. Normally everyone just chills to theirselves unless we decide on the weekend to do pool time, bbq and hang out. My son Anthony is 18. I have a dog named Venom, he is a German Shepherd/Doberman mix. He is very protective of the house. Let’s set something up to meet and see if it will work.
