No application fees. No renter’s insurance. No denial on a credit check or income level.
HOUSEHOLD RULES: Everyone is to clean up after themselves in common areas. The kitchen should be cleaned after cooking. Dishes shouldn’t be left to sit in the sink. The noise should not be loud enough to bother anyone in the house. Quiet hours 12:00AM- 8:00AM. No more than 2 guests at a time. Only 1 guest can stay the night for no longer than 2 days unless discussed and accepted. An extra $200 will be added to the rent for a guest that stays for more than a week. No borrowing of common items or other people’s personal belongings without prior approval. Food and beverages are kept separate and purchased by each roommate individually. Illegal drugs are not allowed.
