Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet. King-size bed included- if desired. Large yard. Utilities are not included. All utilities are split three ways between the tenants. Easy freeway access and less than six miles from LV strip! Full kitchen use! Washer and dryer in house. Carport and street parking. Fire pit and seating in back yard. Brand new AC unit! All photos are of the house when it was vacant. Video of room available upon request. Approval for having an animal in the residence is required prior to move-in. Quiet house with two friendly, professional adults.
Available August 1st, 2026. First and last month’s rent due upon move-in and $500 security deposit.
About the roomies
I am the landlord who manages the property from California. I am friendly and am always available for contact about issues or requests. I fix broken items in the house in a timely manner. The two roommates are professional adults (one male one female). There are two dogs living at the residence.
