Hi there! I’m Sam, I have a quiet room in my apartment unit with private bathroom, available starting August 1st. My place is in a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful nature paths, and close to the Sunset MAX station, bus lines, freeway access, a rock and Lifetime gym, grocery stores, and pharmacies—all within walking distance.

Awesome Amenities: Seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and a 24-hour gym. The clubhouse even has shuffleboard and Wi-Fi.

Convenient Features: they have garages, covered parking, storage options, and valet waste pickup service. Plus, we’re just a short walk to the Sunset Transit Center & MAX stop. Scenic Surroundings: Paved walking trails in a serene, forest-like setting.

About the apartment: Fully Equipped: High-speed internet, washer/dryer, microwave, disposal, ice maker, dishwasher, window coverings, heating, ceiling fan, carpet and vinyl plank flooring, walk-in closets, and a patio/balcony. Friendly Vibes. I keep the place mostly clean but not obsessively. I’m also a gamer and have two friendly cats, so ideally, no new pets.

Just me and my 2 cats. Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a motorcycle mechanic and have my own garage. I’m home about 50% of the time. Sometimes I’m gone for a handful of nights if I’m doing a sidegig where I housesit for people who have dogs. I love to write.
