The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Coolidge Corner Train station, Stop & Shop, and Trader Joes. Lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do in the area.

This is a five bedroom, two floor apartment with two full bathrooms, two living rooms (we use one of the living rooms as an office/guest room), a dining room, kitchen, working fireplace, basement with washer/dryer (plenty of room for storage in the basement too), balcony with patio furniture & back yard with patio furniture which we share with our downstairs neighbors. The common spaces and one full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. All the bedrooms and another bathroom are on the 3rd floor.

25+ aged roommates. We’re friendly, fully vaccinated, working professionals in our late 20s. We all have busy schedules but enjoy getting together for the occasional board game night or drink on the balcony. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean & respectful of common spaces. We all get up early for work so we’re pretty quiet on the weeknights but like to go out or have friends over on the weekends
