About the room
Very safe neighborhood. Neighbors are very pleasant and respectful. Walking distance to bus stop, to 41, gas stations, stores, library, churches, Parks!! No canals real close. Big lot, fenced in yard, soon to be above ground pool. AC/heat, no cable or Internet. I use an antenna for TV.
About the roomies
I live alone with my dog, Marley, yellow lab rescue. I work full-time, keep to myself, take care of my House and landscaping. I take pride in keeping it clean. However I don’t dwell on it. Pretty easy-going, not a partier, I like to read, landscape, swim, explore. I’m an avid workout fan, Not really a sit down dinner type person. On the go a lot. Love music, and anything outdoors Off street parking. Washer dryer available, responsible for rent, individual person insurance, half the electric and half the water. No outside guests, smoking outdoors, only, prefer non-drinker.
