I am a single woman with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a well-maintained building located across from the Marriott Hotel in Auburndale, MA. The aparment is sunny, the rooms large and freshly painted. Each room has its own air conditioner. There is lots of closet space. The complex is close to transportation with a supermarket, a library, and restaurants within walking distance. There is access to a gym across the street at the Marriott. It has a pool and the membership is discounted for Newton residents. I am looking for a professional, non-smoking woman. Sorry no pets. This is a wonderful location with quick access to Rte 128.
