The room includes a generously sized closet, and you will have a shared bathroom (Jack and Jill/shared). In addition, if you need more storage space, There is extra room in the basement for items you will not be using.

Background check will be required, and will be part of the first month rent (i.e. will be deducted to $810 for first month)

Pet fee of $50 if one pet. Cannot have cats since my friend is allergic.

Hello, my name is Elias, I am a 27 year old male, and an engineer who works for GM. I just purchased this beautiful new construction in Auburn Hills. It is a 4 bed and 2.5 bath. I am looking for someone chill, non smoker a must as I do not smoke, cats allowed if they remain in your room while you are not home. (making sure they don’t ruin the furniture in the living room). I am a tech geek and an automotive enthusiast so I can help you with anything you need regarding those things! I am pretty chill, love to hang out when I have time, and pretty talkative (I can also keep to myself if that is what you prefer). I enjoy watching movies on my theater setup, having friendly gatherings, gaming on xbox/PC, cooking, and home improvement projects. Obviously if you choose to be my roommate, you are welcome to use all the amenities in the house, as long as you are tidy and you clean as you go.
