Have not had any neighbor problems.

Basic requirements: � We preferably looking for “ONE SINGLE” who is nice, clean, neat, quiet, considerate, self-discipline, serious, can or has the ability to pay rent on time, responsible and will care about the place as much as we do since the common area of this beautiful single family residence or house is shared.

� Prefer NO “frequent” or “late night” guest(s)(relatives/siblings/friends) especially stay overnight and stay alone in house without advance notice. But if you have family, relatives, or close friends to visit you once in a while or stay overnight within a short period of time, it is acceptable and we would appreciate it if advance notice is made to make better arrangement if necessary.

� Non-party animal, drama, Slobs. (Sorry!)

Bathroom is shared with other one female.

Note: The room has a sliding closet, full size with 4 drawers on the side, under the bed storage, desk table, chair, mini refrigerator, personal window AC and portable heater.

Security Deposit: $500

This is a residential home. Some of the people who are with us are family members. We can assure you that you will not regret if you are going to stay with us because we take good of people who lives in our household. We are also a Christian family. We would require at least 1-yr minimum stay because this is a family home, we just do not want people to come in and go for a short period of time and we do this for safety reasons.
