Room for rent for a young/adult professional! Students are welcome. Double occupancy is available for fair and reasonable price. (Prefers female at this time)

Amenities include: You are welcome to use Kitchen amenities (Microwave, Oven and Stove). Cooking is allowed as well.

Parking is available on the private Breckelle Street. In home washer/dryer, internet and utilities are included.

Conveniently located next to: Whittier College, Mt. San Antonio College, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal State University Fullerton, Western University, Southern California College of Optometry, and Biola University.

Easy access to FWY 60 and FWY 57 Puente Hills Mall, LA Fitness, Starbucks, Target, Costco, Walmart, Stater Bros, Bus Station, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Library and many more.

Basic requirements: � We preferably looking for “ONE SINGLE” who is nice, clean, neat, quiet, considerate, self-discipline, serious, can or has the ability to pay rent on time, responsible and will care about the place as much as we do since the common area of this beautiful single family residence or house is shared.

� Prefer NO “frequent” or “late night” guest(s)(relatives/siblings/friends) especially stay overnight and stay alone in house without advance notice. But if you have family, relatives, or close friends to visit you once in a while or stay overnight within a short period of time, it is acceptable and we would appreciate it if advance notice is made to make better arrangement if necessary.

Bathroom is shared with 2 other bedrooms.

Note: The room has a small walk-in closet, NEW QUEEN size bed & with 4 drawers on the side, new desk table and chair and personal window AC and portable heater.

This is a family residential home. Some people who are with us are family members. We can assure you that you won’t regret if you are going to stay with us. We take good care of people who are part of our household. We are also a Christian family. We would require at least 1-yr minimum stay because this is a family home, we just don’t want people to come in and go for a short period of time and we do this for safety reasons.
