About the space: The duplex is chill and very welcoming, I haven’t lived there full-time in several months, when I was living there, I kept the space pretty tidy and clean (I’m a bit of a clean freak), but now it has a more lived-in, casual feel (still clean lol). Just being transparent. If you’re “low-maintenance” and okay with a more relaxed setup, this could be a good fit.
About your future roommate: You’d be living with Hampton, who is non-binary, chill, and nerdy. They’re friendly, extroverted but is respected if your space and time, and easygoing — and not big on strict cleaning routines (unlike me). Ideally looking for someone who matches that energy.
