Area: Approximately twelve mins form downtown Little Rock and down the street from from Mccain Mall. Also its not far form Little Rock AFB and the Airport. Offer: I am offering a spare bedroom and a shared bathroom, a garage parking spot, access/usage of the attic, laundry room and common area’s. Rent covers utilities. Stay Length: up to a year before contract is renewed. If you decide to stay. Deposit: Returned when move out. RENT PRICE: is based on length of stay.
