No drugs what so ever. No long term overnight guest. No couples. No children. Private pool area. Washer and drier in unit. Rent includes water, electricity, internet and cable.

I am the only person who will be living there. I am a very private, respectful, mature, clean, responsible and drama/drug free female. I do not have overnight quests. I work 2 jobs so when I am home I tend to like to relax, watch movies, cook, clean and I am looking for someone with similiar lifestyle
