Private downstairs bedroom in beautiful North Downey home. Bedroom has own walk-in closet and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub/ shower. House is a few blocks from the 5 FWY for an easy commute and a few blocks from Stonewood Mall. This bedroom is the only bedroom on the downstairs of the house so it is very private. House has a downstairs laundry room. Also a downstairs storage room for you to keep a mini fridge if you would like. We ask our new roommate to be respectful of noise levels as there are rooms above you.

I have a spacious home. I am looking to rent my available room to a single woman, preferable a female student. No pets.
