Currently seeking someone to rent out my finished basement. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, washer/dryer in unit. Access to kitchen upstairs. Private entry. 10 minute walk to ferry terminal. Nice, clean home. No smoking in the house but smoking outside is fine. No pets (I already have one cat) and no kids. Renter is responsible for 1/2 of utilities. Only looking for one renter even though it’s a 2 bedroom apt.
