Parnell Place

Our place has a large bedroom available for rent. There is a private bathroom across the hall, as well as a washer and dryer. The room comes with a queen-sized bed with desk/drawers attached and a sizeable walk-in closet.

The renter will also have shared access to a wetbar downstairs, house Wi-Fi, and a full, modern kitchen upstairs. There is a large fenced-in backyard, with a deck and parking in the driveway. We are located about a 1/2 mile from Rivier University.

We are a married couple, both veterans. We have two dogs (Magneto and Mystique), so the renter should be pet-friendly. The rent payment of $850/month includes all utilities and wireless internet. Let me know if you’re interested, and thanks for looking!
