Small 2bd/1ba (shared home)I am seeking short and long term tenants (up to 12 months) to rent my extra bedroom. MUST be clean and tidy. House is centrally located in the Arden Manor Area off Watt and Hwy 50. Space available is one bedroom with shared bathroom. The backyard is perfect for gardening. Shared spaces of home includes living room, kitchen access (all kitchen essentials provided), and washer and dryer. Home with be shared with adults only. You will love this home, it is quiet and clean, just like the pictures posted. Home is near Kaiser Morse, Cal State Sacramento, InShape Gym, Safeway, and the American River bike trail.

About me: Healthcare worker at UCD. Will spend a lot of time working or taking care of elderly father so I’m not always home. You will have the home to yourself most of the time. I’m respectful of my roommates space and ask for good communication. Not big on partying and I have a cap on overnight guest an only because my home is small.

Will lower the rent for the right tenant and circumstances.

This living situation will be good for a single male or female that likes to keep to themselves and just wants a a quiet space to call home. I am screening tenants that will fit this living situation.
