The room for rent is about 100 square feet and comes furnished with a twin extra long bed, desk and a dresser. The room also has a large closet and it’s own newly refurbished bathroom.There is a full kitchen and furnished dining room as well as living room. The house also has its own washer and dryer as well as central heating and cooling. You will also gain access to the complex’s pool.
