I have a large 3800+ sf home in a very nice neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in my home. I rent out 2 of the bedrooms. This listing is for ONE of those two bedrooms. The room is fully furnished. You will have to share the upstairs bathroom (with another professional female roommate), but it is a pretty big, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Plus, there is still another full bathroom downstairs, that is always available for use.

You have use of common areas in the house, which includes the kitchen, dining area, living area, and laundry room. I designate ample pantry and refrigerator space for each person. I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly (and expect the same). I am quiet, very respectful, and easy to get along with. I believe communication is the key to a good roommate/housemate situation. I do not violate your space and want the same in return. I am not a “partier” and do not want parties in my home. I am ok with the occasional visitor, but I don’t have or want males in and out of my house…I am not running a brothel LOL! I am only looking for female roommates. No males, due to a strict alimony contract with my ex-husband.

I want a housemate who is clean (if you make a mess, clean it up), respectful, and treats my house as if it were their own. So if you are looking for a safe, quiet, respectful environment, then send me a message.

This is more like a home share. You are not just relegated to your room. You basically have use of the whole house (except other bedrooms).

Rent includes monthly cleaning service, internet, and utilities.

The neighborhood has walking trails, huge swimming pool, tennis/pickle ball court, basketball court, and parks.

I am divorced with no children nor pets. I will turn 52 in July and have lived in this house for 23 years. The other roommate, has lived here for well over 3 years. She is professional and an amazing roommate.
