Home was constructed just last year, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Located close to the Mercedes Benz stadium and Georgia state, also just a minute away from the highway. Also less than a 10 minute walk to the beltline and about a 12 minute drive to the airport. It’s an up and coming area with a lot of new houses getting built and a lot of renovations going on. It’s a pretty quiet street to say the least and the driveway has plenty of room for cars along with street parking. I have a dog but no looking for any other pet owners please . Bedroom dimensions are 11ft 8in x 10ft 4in

I’m 32 years old, I work in apartment maintenance mon-fri. I’m currently living in the property along with my dog, she’s super chill and keeps to herself. looking for someone who stays clean and organized also respectful and communicative. I love living close to the city and the convenience of everything. The room downstairs has a personal/guest bathroom that is rented to a 26 year old male with a kitten who moved in July 2024. He is a videographer/restaurant server. I have one room upstairs available with one bathroom that will be shared with a 21 year old male who is a student at GSU. The room will be available in November after the current tenant moves out. Please don’t waste my time. Searching for clean, organized and respectful tenants. Looking to fill by November!
