My best friend and I are Roommates. We are both College Graduates and work as High-Level Executives for an Investment Firm We have a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home and would like to rent out (2) two of the rooms in our home.

The perfect candidate will be someone who travels often, does not have many guest and is very clean. Both my best friend and I are in the Military, very private and keep tight schedules. So a working professional, who travels just as much as we do would be ideal.

We rarely have guest, however, we do host our family Holiday Parties. The rooms come with access to many of our amenities, such as, but not limited to a bar, gym, movie room, recording studio, as well as a Backyard lounge.
