Room on James Island in 3/3 house w/ fenced yard and pool!!! $1200/mo includes everything, even the weekly pool guy! Only 10 mins. to Downtown Charleston/MUSC/CofC and 15 mins. to Folly Beach.

Room has queen bed set w/ dresser and side table, plus a large closet. You bring your own bedding. *Willing to move furniture to garage w/ renter’s help.

You’ll have access to entire home, including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms and a 2-car garage I use for gardening and extra storage, all on a spacious 1/2 acre fenced lot on a quiet street. Close to groceries, restaurants, gyms, and a waterfront park.

***Looking for someone ideally for 3-6 months, minimum, depending on your situation. I work from home many days a week, so might be a better fit for someone who also doesn’t work from home since I spend a lot of time on the phone.
