Hi Everyone!
My current roommate is moving, and my other roommate and I are looking for someone to take over a master bedroom with a private bathroom in our 1,200 sq. ft. 3bed/2bath apartment in Culver City starting in August. The new lessee’s portion will be $1,800/month for the master bedroom, with additional expenses for WiFi ($20/month) and utilities ($30/month). The apartment features permitted street parking, air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The lease would be for 12 months.
