About the room
NOTICE! The photos don’t show current state of carpet and room since we curretly have roommate that are moving out in September. The only difference is the carpet as see below.
The room size is 15x11 feet. The left corner under the window has ethernet ran should reach both other side. The house does not have an AC system so we have a window unit in our room that seems to make the house a good temperature. There is also a separate smaller unit for the room.
Unfortunately our first room mate before our current took advantage of our kindness. That is why the carpet looks very trashed =/ (On the list of stuff to replace/fix in the house but not urgent)
First month’s rent can but used to furnish or make the room more homey!
About the roomies
We have a ferret and 2 dogs so pets are welcome! Other than that just my Partner and me.
