This modern, recently remodeled, backyard Studio/Efficiency is in a perfect location with only a 10 min walk to all Downtown Bonita offers… Sugarshack music venue, Rooftop Bar, food truck park, food, breweries, parks, shops, city events. Our space is designed to fit all the practicalities of everyday living, with unique finishing touches. Although the Studio is small, it has everything for one person to live comfortably. The only thing lacking is a washer/dryer, but there are local laundromats or online clothes-washing services that will pick up and deliver your laundry for a fee. You’ll have all the privacy you need, separate from the main house with ample parking space, and a bit of yard space. Wifi, electricity, and water are included in the rental price. With this studio, you’ll have a kitchen space equipped with a stovetop, air fryer, small fridge, microwave, blender, French press, pots/pans, dishes/glassware, and utensils - all the cooking essentials. A private bathroom, bedroom, comfortable twin bed/sheets, small closet space, window unit A/C, and electric tankless water heater. For the deposit, $850 is refundable, and $150 is a non-refundable cleaning fee.

We are a 10-minute drive (20-30 bike ride) to the nearest pristine white sand beach. With 5-minute access to I-75 and a quick 12 minutes to Mercato or other Naples areas, you’ll be centrally located to the surrounding cities and RSW airport. Bonita Springs is a quaint, totally walkable small-town charm city, nestled between two larger cities that offer more hustle and bustle if you need it at times. It’s truly a great location for anyone to enjoy.

Aloha! As Bonita Springs residents, we truly enjoy our beachy small-town vibes and being able to walk to so many things without having to live in a metropolis-type city. We love to catch sun rays at the beach, and with it being so close, it’s yet another reason we love Bonita. We have a four-legged fur baby that we adore, so our backyard roomie MUST love dogs! We are a chill, quiet, down-to-earth, peace and love mentality kind of couple looking for a like-minded neighbor to share our peaceful space. Cheers!
