Requirements: • Must provide a valid ID and Social Security card for a background check. • $50 non-refundable application fee. • Proof of income from the past 30 days is required. • One-year lease agreement must be signed. • No criminal history, drug use, smoking, or vaping allowed on the property. • Occasional guests are welcome.
