Hello San Francisco room seeker! I’m Julie, and I’ve lived in this 1907-built house for 20+ years. I’m friendly and likable (to all ages), love the outdoors, design and music.

I am located in the Castro, 2 blocks from Muni and the bus, and Lyft or Uber is always easy to get. If you don’t have a car, there are several places for groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops and gyms nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms (yours is large + a walk in closet), a front room, dining room and bathroom. The neighborhood hill views are gorgeous from the breakfast counter. Laundry is downstairs. Parking is always easy on this street.

My boyfriend is here about 1/3 of the time; he travels often and stays with his daughter half-time. He is super cool, a surfer and a seriously amazing cook. I am generally an early sleeper, get out of the house by 7:30 am at the latest and work 5 days per week. I would like someone respectful and clean since we’re sharing space.

Monthly rent– with utilities– is $1,350.
