Peter who spends half his time in the apartment and is studying to become a lawyer and Matt who works in cancer research. 5 stars as roommates and super clean. This is a 3-bedroom unit with a shared full bath, eat-in kitchen, and a spacious living room with hardwood flooring and excellent natural lighting. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and heat+water included with the rent. The unit is located in a beautiful area, with a multitude of parks and restaurants within walking distance and a spectacular view of the Manhattan skvline from across the Hudson! There is an NJ Transit bus stop right at the end of the street, with a twenty-minute commute into the heart of NYC. We are also located just within a short walk of the ferry and NJ Transit Light Rail, making trips into and out of the city a breeze! Please feel free to contact me with any additional inquiries!
