Euclid Street

I have an unfurnished 8’ 8“ X 12’ room for rent in an older 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Santa Monica. The room has plenty of closet space with wood flooring and a window. Street parking with Permit. Washer and Dryer in building.

The apartment building itself is older (built in the 60’s), has a nice size living room, dining area, kitchen, extra closet space, and is located on a quiet street, down the block from Vons, countless coffee shops, a post office, 13 blocks from the beach (15 min walk), and 5 minutes from the 10 FWY and PCH.

The room is available 4/1 and the rent is $1,100 per month on a month to month basis, however, I prefer at least a 6 month stay. Utilities are roughly: Gas/Electric- $50 total and Wifi/Cable - $150 (so ~$100 each).

About Me: I am a single 36 year-old professional man who likes to go out on weekends and stay pretty active. I’m pretty easy going and seek a drama free home environment. I’m not overly anal but I like to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean as I don’t want to attract bugs and create lingering bad smells.

You: Have a steady job and/or a student, are honest, respectful, clean, and easy going.

I don’t insist my roommate is someone who is mousey and not drink, listen to music, or have friends over sometimes; I just don’t want a party house or a roommate with a live-in GF or BF.

To Move-in: First/Last month’s rent ($1,100* 2) + Security deposit ($600) = $2,800 Credit Check: $30 non-refundable and a recent pay stub / proof of income.

Also, the room is unfurnished but there is a fairly new queen sized bed available with the room if you need or want one
