Private room with private bathroom on second floor of our home available. Will be willing to rent to 1 person or couple/single parent (rent would be slightly higher to account for utilities). We have parking space in our driveway. Must have your own transportation. Located in Gwinnett County, good central place for all the various cities in Gwinnett. Room is unfurnished . The subdivision has a pool and tennis court you will have access too.

We are a married couple, work full time, easy going. we were previously living with our dad who unfortunately passed away. We have two dogs and two cats and they are all friendly. We also have another roommate with two young kids and another that lives here M-Th for school and she mostly keeps to herself.
