The oven was upgraded a few years ago. You will have your own underground, gated parking space. Courtyard grilling area & laundry room available on premises. Good street parking where visitors can also park.
Water/power/sewage/trash, gas & Spectrum internet are not included in the rent, and come to approximately $150 per person/month. Renter’s insurance is approx. $6.50/month.
