Roommate/ Roommates wanted!
Looking for someone to take over my lease in West Chester, PA! I currently have a new job opportunity that requires me to relocate to Philadelphia. I’m current living with 3 other 21-23 year old young professionals. The lease would be from August to June of next year. Rent would be $1050/ per person a private bedroom and shared bathroom with 1 other individual. Other amenities full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, large fenced in backyard, walking distant to all restaurants (however on the quieter side of town away from the college!). Unfortunately, no pets or students.
Ideally looking for someone to move in by the beginning of August.
