About the room
It’s a condo in Beavercreek. Fully decorated and furnished. There are many amenities and no yard work. Perfect place for students. I’m happy to tell you more about it in messages. I am the owner and I am very easy going. There are two room options a small single with a shared full bath for $635 a month or the basement with a personal half bath and shared full bath access for $685. This is not an environment where we send passive aggressive text messages in a group chat but are respectful of other people’s lives making a peaceful and positive household.
About the roomies
I’m a biochemistry major at wright state and my boyfriend goes to Sinclair but we welcome all even if you are not in school and in our age group. We are super fun and do a little of everything. Whether you want to chat or be by yourself.
