About the room

Room in a house is an unfurnished 10ft x 10ft room. Window into the back yard, and a small closet. Property has a shared (with one person) bathroom, shared laundry room, and kitchen. House is in a quiet neighborhood nearby a park, NH Walmart, several gas stations and fast-food locations, and quick access to the highway.
About the roomies
There are currently 2 people (1 man, 1 woman) living in the house right now including myself, in our early 20s. We tend to keep to ourselves, quiet and drama-free. We rotate chores including but not limited to taking trash out, lawn maintenance, and dishes. Guests are allowed but we would want you to let us know beforehand, and respect others sleep schedules. We occasionally have friends over but keep it respectful to others space and time. I have an early morning job and usually get back home around 1pm. I also generally keep to myself, but sometimes have friends over. We are very kind and understanding! If you ever need anything or have a question any of us should be able to help you if we are available.
