The basement is fully funished and includes a reclining sofa and lazyboy chair, endtables, a dinette table and chairs and it has a twin bed. A half bath is a private part of this space. The full bathroom upstairs will be shared for the shower at planned times. The living area is super clean with proper ventilation. The entrance is private and in the winter months the spare bedroom upstairs can be used for sleepin in due to the space being warmer.

I am a single middle aged woman with an Australian Shephard who is a nurse and works from home. I do not smoke, drink or have parties. My life is simple and quiet and expect the same for the tenant I have. No pets, smoking, drinking, drugs or visitors please. Thank you.
