About the room
Huge master bedroom in a sunny and open end-unit townhouse in the Continental Country Club area. The deck leads straight to the golf course – lots of green and a great place to go running or walking in the mornings and evenings. Living room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light throughout the day. Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to the bus stop or an easy bike ride to downtown/NAU.
The space is shared with just me :-)

About you: Looking for someone chill, clean, and responsible who can stay at least 1 year, ideally longer. Non-smoking/vaping is a must. Ideally, you’re comfortable at navigating conflict instead of avoiding it; I’m pretty direct and appreciate when others are :)
Bills: We’ll them evenly Chores: mostly consist of taking out recycling/trash (we’ll split) and watering my plants when I’m traveling for work for an extended period.
Applying: Meet up in person to assess fit. If we like each other, you’ll fill out a background & credit check and provide references. Application fees: $45
Pets: I don’t currently have a pet, but I’m potentially open to someone who has one if I can meet your pet and see how they interact with me and the space. There is an additional pet fee of $50/month/pet (max one pet).
About the roomies
Hi everyone! I work as an astronomer and travel frequently for work. In my off time, I also work as a guide. I’m in my late-30’s and like to read and be outside, and occasionally host chill dinners with friends. I’m a friendly introvert, so if you need a lot of social interaction from your housemate, I’m not a good fit for you. I like doing my own thing and having down time to read and run or clean my space, but I’m also happy to chat in the evenings when we overlap or occasionally eat dinner or brunch together.
