On the hunt for someone to share my 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Edgewood. House is located between East Atlanta and Little 5 Points. 1,400 square feet, fully furnished (except the available room), open floor plan, large kitchen, dining, and living room as one open space. Extra bedroom/office for guests you’re welcome to use. Off street parking on a quiet dead-end street. Large, covered back deck, bamboo forest behind small backyard. Laundry room, wifi, cable, dishwasher, gas stove, central A/C, outdoor shower. Basement and shed for storage. I have my own bathroom so the other one you would share only with guests and it’s huge. The room is decent size, about 12’ X 15’. 5 minute walk to two parks, 15-20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Candler Park Marta station. You’d be sharing the house with my dog Winston and I. He’s a 60 lb pit/lab/bucket of love. Very friendly to humans but other animals are probably not OK. A submissive dog could work if Winston is allowed to be the king. He does have a few dog friends and is spoiled rotten. I am a very chill gay guy in my early 40s. A bit of a tree-hugger, open minded, accepting, naturist, way left libtard snowflake. I wouldn’t consider myself a clean freak but I do like to keep a fairly clean house. I work quite a bit and am mostly home when not working. I am an arts administrator, very stable, very low-key, very responsible, just chill. My home is my sanctuary and it must remain stress free! Looking for someone who is also an adult and takes care of their business without drama. I live fairly quiet but do have friends over from time to time for small dinner parties, watching movies, or game nights. Large parties a few times a year. It’s a great party house but is quiet way more than it’s not. If you think this could work and you are a responsible adult, please let me know. The room should be open early April. $600/month plus ¼ utilities. $50 - $100 depending on the season. I do like windows open for a good part of the spring and fall to keep the bills down and the fresh air up!
