Desirable area, quite neighborhood on a dead end so not much traffic goes going through. room is furnished includes utilities, internet. I have outdoor cameras on the property. Large back yard, plenty of parking on the back and front, close to Eisenhower high School in Yakima. Noise turn down at 10pm. Must be able to provide ID verification and clean background check prior to showing and touring the place.

We are quiet people, don’t have much partying or loud music, we are all polite and respectful. Rooms are not shared everyone gets their own room I have 4 bedrooms 3 are occupied have room for 1 more roommate shared is the bathroom, kitchen, living area. I have 1 small older dog at the moment.
