Located in Dover Delaware, we specialize in providing short-term, clean, safe room rentals in our home for Traveling Female Nurses, and other Female Medical Professionals working at Bayhealth Kent & Milford Campus, PAM, Amedisys, Female US Fish and Wildlife Biologists working at Bombay Hook NWR and Female College Students traveling to Delaware without pets or cigarettes! We provide a two – ten month room lease.
About our place - Enjoy the convenience of key-coded entry, ensuring your security and peace of mind throughout your stay. Our home and your private bedroom feature a digital lock on the door, eliminating the need to manage keys, and we provide off-street parking for your car.
Your Room - Now let’s talk about the room! Your room includes a Queen size bed, a custom-built closet, a reclining chair, an air purifier with a HEPA filter, a CO2 detector, a flat-screen 50” HD Smart TV mounted on the wall, and a small safe is provided for your valuables.
Access – You will have access to the pool, hot tub deck and fire pit area, kitchen, and den. Our home has a beautiful large gourmet chef’s kitchen that is fully stocked for your cooking needs (see pictures). The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking utensils, including pots, pans, drinking glasses, silverware, and dishes. You will also have use of ½ freezer/refrigerator and a wall cabinet for food storage.
Utilities- Utilities and bills are included in the rent, the landlord does ask that you turn off all appliances, fans, utilities and curling irons etc. in your room when you leave the house each day or each night in order to prevent a fire hazard.
Unfortunately- Our room is designed for single occupancy, with no overnight male or female guests permitted. We do not allow pets or service animals in our home, (dogs, cats, birds, or other animals), smokers/vapers/cannabis weed, pot, and marijuana use in our home. The Landlord lives in the house has COPD, needs a lung transplant and cannot be around animals vaping or smoking! Additionally, parties are strictly prohibited. NO commercial filming or photography allowed. Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit. commercial use of the room and property of any kind is prohibited! The room is not to be used for business, internet or otherwise.
