The room has a luxurious queen size bed, desk, TV, lounging chair with ottoman, dresser, and storage shelf. There’s a brand new washer and dryer downstairs, upscale furnishings, new central heat and AC, stainless steel appliances, and peaceful backyard space. You’re free to enjoy all the home has to offer.

Utilities and monthly cleaning of common areas are included in rent. There is a refundable $600 deposit. Single occupancy.

We are all very respectful, keep to ourselves, and are busy with full-time schedules. We also have one little dog who is a sweetheart.
