Greetings potential housemate/roommate!

Would you be interested in a furnished non-shared bedroom with it’s own non-shared en-suite bathroom in our Craftsman style home? The bedroom has windows on the south and east side of the room. The dimensions are a little bit over 14’ x 10’ 6“.

We are a family that lives just south of Koreatown but north of the Santa Monica (10) Freeway. Very centrally located to get to Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Hollywood. Less than 2 miles from USC. Just about anywhere you would like to get to. We are near the Normandie exit of the 10 FWY (Santa Monica Freeway) which is close to the 110 FWY. This gives you excellent East/West Freeway access as well as North/ South Freeway Access.. In addition you would be in one of Los Angeles historic zones.

Our home has an indoor washer/dryer. There is also a small gym with a treadmill, bicycle and bowflex. Street Parking has not been an issue for our previous roommate as our neighborhood has a restriction that requires a permit for overnight parking. There is common area privileges. Kitchen, dining room, living room.

the room currently has 2 twin beds, nightstand, dresser w/ mirror, some more drawers, shelf with a small tv on it, a desk and chair. We can move out some/all of this stuff and put it elsewhere if you have your own stuff to bring in.

We are very active family that is in and out to school and work throughout the day. But we enjoy sharing our home, culture and lives with other like minded individuals. If you are interested please reach out. Rent would be $850/month and available at the beginning of April 2019. Includes utilities (water, gas, electricity) and internet.
