The room is a tranquil retreat with its own private living area, perfect for relaxation and study and may come furnished or unfurnished. We can discuss customizing the space to fit your needs. Washer and dryer are also included. High speed internet is included. Water, electricity, and gas will be split 3-ways.
The home is a short walk from walking and biking trails, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a swimming pool. You’ll love the nearby shops and restaurants, and easy access to I-10 and Beltway 8 as well as the Memorial District.
