Clean bedroom in a 2 BEDROOM condo also totally CLEAN and furnished!

I have a room $750 a month in Old Town, Scottsdale. You will have your own private bathroom and walk-in closet. The rent includes all utilities (water, internet, trash fee, an exception with electricity). You will have access to all appliances in the house including smart devices like lights, thermostat, lock doors everything controlled only by one app.

The minimum length of stay is two months and the rent is month to month. I’m looking for one roommate with a real sense of responsibility. The condo is 15 minutes away walking from Old Town center, around 10 minutes driving from Tempe. It is near to almost everything and the area is really quiet and safe.

Current roomie in the IT field as a mobile developer. Passionate of technology, nature and culture, likes to go out with friends sometimes, pretty easy going.
